I recently completed my Ph.D. in Economics at the University of St Andrews. My doctoral research was supervised by Prof. Andy Zapechelnyuk (The University of Edinburgh), Prof. David A. Jaeger (University of St Andrews), and Dr. Min Zhang (University of St Andrews). In the Fall 2026, I will join the El-Erian Institute of Behavioural Economics and Policy at the University of Cambridge as a Research Associate.
In my work, I combine quasi-experimental methods with natural language processing to examine how creativity and invention can be made more equitable and sustainable. Beyond discussing research, this page highlights inventions of women patentees from 1850 to 1950 and their contributions to technological development.
Prior to starting the Ph.D., I worked as a market analyst and economic researcher.
